110 things that helped

Hey babes, I’m delighted to let y’all know I have something to share.

Starting Monday I am going to be sharing 5 of these 110 things every week (Monday - Friday, you get it) until we run out right around my birthday in mid-November.

Expect a deep dive into each of them, with links, and bonus stories.

I’m excited about it and hope you’ll join in.

There will still be book and library and other life content too, but this is something I feel like I can’t not share anymore.

The full list of 110 is below - once I post on the hot tip of the day, a link to that specific post will show you so you can navigate around them all and go back to your fav things.

They’re all very simple, but so is the tree pose in yoga. And if you’ve ever done yoga I’m sure you know the difference between an engaged tree pose done with an intention and awareness, and one that’s lacking in connection.

These are like that - you get to decide how you want to engage.

I hope there is something of use to you in here.

You can download a PDF version of the list at the end of this post. It’s cute, I’m proud of it.

Thank you for being here and reading along, ilysm.
